Why we built Causaura
By Amber and John Keane
Causaura began with a simple but painful reality: living with complex chronic illness often means trying to solve a puzzle while exhausted.
Symptoms were not isolated events. A high heart rate, a poor night of sleep, a stressful appointment, a meal, dehydration, heat, overexertion, or a procedure could all ripple through the body for hours or days.
We built Causaura because we needed it.
We wanted a tool that could connect the dots without making someone do even more work on the hardest days.

Built for real life
A shower can be an event. A short walk can become a crash. Not logging anything may itself be a signal. Causaura is designed around that reality.
